Design and Construction
(1) Gas Drainage Boreholes
(2) Nitrogen Injection Hole Construction
The forward-looking design philosophy of the CMD130DL is reflected in its cutting-edge core components and performance parameters, delivering exceptional pull force, ultra-long feed stroke, high torque, and high rotational speed to meet the diverse requirements of large-diameter, deep-hole, and core-drilling operations.
1. The rig’s 130-ton high lifting capacity and 35,000 N·m high torque ensure it can perform large-diameter, deep-hole drilling while also enhancing its ability to handle downhole incidents.
2. The 15.2-meter ultra-long feed stroke ensures compatibility with drill pipes and casing of various specifications and models, while the high-speed mast system not only guarantees this extended feed stroke but also maintains compact transport dimensions.
3. The oversized spindle has a through-hole diameter of up to 152 mm, making it suitable for various drilling operations—such as air-lift reverse circulation—that have stringent requirements for through-hole diameter.
4. An intelligent control system, advanced hydraulic circuitry, and multiple protection features ensure the drilling rig’s high efficiency and operational stability.
5. The drilling rig is equipped with multiple system fault-protection and overload-protection features to effectively prevent rig failures caused by human error. These include hoisting-force limitation, feed-force limitation, torque limitation, power-head feed lock, interlock between the power head and the tool-lifting boom, and adjustable clamping force for the clamp/unclamp device, among others.
The estimated duration of this project is 20 days.

Project Site
The project site features a cement-paved surface, and is equipped with all-electric CMD130DL crawler-mounted drilling rigs and all-electric mud pumps. Thanks to their fully electric operation, noise levels at the worksite have been significantly reduced. The equipment is connected to the drill control room via a fully hydraulic, electrically controlled system, enabling centralized operation; moreover, the drill control room is air-conditioned, substantially improving the working environment for operators.
